Scope of Work:
This $9 million project for Metro-North Railroad consisted of the upgrade of Croton-Harmon and Peekskill Stations.Peekskill Station: Various Construction Activities including Existing Platform Edge Repairs, Platform Extensions, Inbound and Outbound Canopy Roofing, New Overpass Roofing, Two (2) New Steel Staircases with New Roof, Handrails and Treads, Two (2) New Elevators, New Platform Guardrail, New Tactile Warning Systems, New Heating in Overpass, New Lighting on OB Platform Canopy and Overpass, Painting of New Stairs, Existing Overpass, Existing Elevator Steel and Existing Canopy Steel, Installation of Bird Protection. Croton Harmon Station: Various Construction Activities including Demolition and Replacement of Portions of Platform "C" Slabs and Bents, New Platform Canopy Installation, New Lighting, New Heat Trace System for Gutters and Leaders at Stairs, New Barrel Roof at Northern Overpass, New Staircase Roofing at Eight Staircases of the North Overpass, Column Cover Removal and Replacement, Painting of New Canopy Steel, Existing Canopy Steel, and Existing Northern Overpass Steel, Installation of Bird Protection |
