| Summary: | ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. is currently recruiting for a senior-level construction Project Manager with expertise in the successful management and delivery of design-build projects. The incumbent shall be responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction. Responsibilities cover all the areas of project management, including: project planning, cost management, time management, quality management, contract administration, and safety management. The individual will be accountable for project profitability and shall effectively manage client service, relationships and expectations to ensure a successful project. This individual will work on the pursuit efforts for design-build projects, performing estimating functions, proposal writing, and working with the VP of Design-Build to evaluate design alternatives and provide design development guidance to our selected Engineering Firm. | Special Requirements: | Must be a Licensed Professional Engineering in the State of New York Must have 15-20 years of construction & construction management experience as Project Manager or similar management position. Must have 10 years of Design-Build Project Management Experience and a comprehensive knowledge of the Design-Build Process Experience with major NYS agencies (NYSDOT, MTA, NYSTA, NYCDOT, NYSDEP, etc.) preferred Written and verbal communication skills Ability to provide technical narrative write-ups during the Proposal stage Experience in project estimating Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in HCSS Heavy Bid Estimating Software Familiar with Oracle Primavera Scheduling Software |
