Title: Assistant Project Manager

Summary:

ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager with experience supporting the delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

The individual shall be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in all aspects of project planning including, but not limited to, project scheduling, resource allocation, project finance administration, safety and quality management, and the development of value-engineering solutions. The individual will be expected to clearly understand company safety policies on the project (i.e., Safe Work Plans, PPP, Take 5’s); interpret drawings and navigate specifications; and, within a reasonable time frame, be able to learn and independently perform any individual Project Manager task.

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000 in addition to bonus potential, a 401(k) match, health benefits, paid time off, and more. The final salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the individual's experience and qualifications.

Special Requirements:

Successful candidates will meet most, if not all, of the below criteria:

-Experience supporting project leadership in the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects

-Strong understanding of construction safety principals and best practices

-Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex engineering challenges/solutions to a wide variety of stakeholders

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, HCSS Heavy Bid Estimating Software, and Oracle Primavera Scheduling Software
