Title: Senior Project Engineer
Division: Operations

Summary:

ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to manage office administrative work to support field operations (i.e., safety, document control, revenue flow, budget, subcontractors) for large-scale infrastructure projects typically valued at over $50 million.

The individual shall be responsible for various administrative tasks including, but not limited to, generating safe work plans and monitoring their execution in the field; maintaining Safety Data Sheet files, accident reports, weekly toolbox talk agendas/minutes, superintendent/foreman safety checklists, and OSHA logs; upkeeping the jobsite bulletin board; documenting employee emergency contacts; coordinating employee safety training; performing document control; managing printed and digital project files; maintaining force account paperwork; maintaining material logs; developing and submitting lane/track closure requests to the Owner; communicating subcontractor utilization and work schedules with the main office; ensuring invoices are paid timely; managing progress photos; tracking permits; and executing purchase orders under $5,000 with Superintendent’s approval, among other tasks.

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000 in addition to bonus potential, a 401(k) match, health benefits, paid time off, and more. The final salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the individual's experience and qualifications.

Special Requirements:

Successful candidates will meet most, if not all, of the below criteria:

-Experience managing office administrative work for large-scale infrastructure projects over $50 million

-Strong understanding of construction safety principals and best practices

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to effectively manage one's tasks with minimal supervision

-Highly responsive and proactive with executing one’s tasks

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
