| Summary: | ECCO III Enterprises, Inc is seeking an experienced heavy-highway and/or transit Senior Estimator with a minimum of ten years experience in estimating projects for various New York City area agencies. Responsibilities will include taking a lead role in estimating projects up to $50 million including review of plans and specifications,determining scope, preparation of cost estimates and evaluating sub-contractor and supplier proposals. Must be able to work and communicate well in a team atmosphere. Knowledge of HCSS and MS Office software is preferred.
