Scope of Work:
This $5 million project for the Westchester County Department of Public Works is for the construction and rehabilitation of the mechanical and sludge handling equipment at the Peekskill Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project includes replacement of the primary and final settling tank sludge collection system, primary sludge pump motors and gear reducers, associated piping, fitting and valves, and interior and exterior lighting. Other work includes: new motor control centers; lead paint testing and abatement; and repair of structural defects in the existing cast-in-place concrete settling tanks. |
