ECCO III Successful Bidder on Ravensdale Road Bridge Replacement, Hastings-on-Hudson, NY
ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. will construct Contract D264094: The Ravensdale Road Bridge Replacement in the village of Hastings-on-Hudson in the town of Greenburgh, in Westchester County, New York for the New York State Department of Transportation.
Valued at $17.8 Million, the project will replace the existing two-span Ravensdale Road Bridge over the Saw Mill River Parkway with a new single-span structure in its current location. To complete the work, ECCO III will implement a temporary on-site detour, inclusive of a temporary bridge, to facilitate the demolition of the existing superstructure and portions of the existing substructure, and construction of the new Ravensdale Road Bridge. The project also includes various utility upgrades, and upgrades to the Westchester County shared-use trail way and a pedestrian bridge. The new pile-supported bridge will incorporate Texas Aesthetic Barrier, ornamental fencing, and lighting. This project has an anticipated completion date in June of 2021.
